The NYPD Pizzeria franchise is the local pizzeria of days-gone-by, where repeat customers become a part of the NYPD Pizzeria family. An NYPD Pizzeria is typically about 900sq/ft to 2,600sq/ft, and is likely to be located in a strip mall, or it may be a free standing building, or found on a college campus, airport, stadium or other institution. The two units currently available are the Metro and the Precinct.

METRO UNIT
The smaller NYPD Pizzeria Metro unit is designed strictly for Delivery and Take Out only. This unit can be as small as 900sq/ft and was designed to be in a secondary vicinity and/or district from a main PRECINCT location. The Metro unit is intended to compete with the delivery/take-out only businesses at competitive price points and is designed to directly compete with the large pizza delivery chains.

PRECINCT UNIT
The larger NYPD Pizzeria Precinct unit is a full service restaurant for those individuals that want to sit down, relax, enjoy the ambiance, and perhaps indulge in a glass of wine or beer and incredible Italian fare and offers dine-in, take-out, catering and delivery. The PRECINCT unit offers seating with a minimum of 1,800 to 2,600 square feet of proposed space. This type of unit can be larger in size based on our assessment of the location.
