Do I need restaurant experience?
While it is advantageous and helpful, restaurant experience is not required. The training program we offer will prepare you in numerous aspects to run your NYPD Pizzeria operation. During our training program at our headquarters in Orlando, Florida; you will learn required NYPD Pizzeria policies and procedures.

What types of agreements are available?
There is an individual agreement which grants the rights to develop one location. We also offer an Area Development agreement which grants the rights to five or more stores in one specific geographical area.

What type of operations are there?
Typically a seating location is a minimum of 1,800 square feet which offers dine-in, take-out, delivery and catering services. We do offer units which can be as small as 900 square feet with no seating which offers delivery, take-out and catering services. Larger square foot units can be built based on location assessment and can be as large as 4,500 square feet: in a free standing building and with a bar if desired. Location size is factored into demographics of desired region to operate.

What areas are available?
The continental United States is available for franchising at this time and we are now accepting international development deals.

Does NYPD Pizzeria offer financing?
No, NYPD Pizzeria offers several recommendations of institutions that provide financing to our franchisees pending personal financial abilities.

What are the financial requirements?
A minimum net worth of $250,000 and minimum $125,000 in liquid assets.

Does NYPD Pizzeria offer any incentives to our United States veterans?
Of course we do! NYPD Pizza is proud to offer US veterans a 10% discount of the initial franchise fee.

What is the expected return of my investment?
The amount of profit is based on a number of factors including sales, costs, location and the franchisee’s ability to manage their business. NYPD Pizzeria does not make or release any earnings claims and it does not authorize anyone of its employees to do so.

What is the process of becoming an NYPD Pizza franchisee

  • Submit application form
  • Complete NYPD Pizza approval process
  • Attend a Discovery Day at the Headquarters in Orlando, FL
  • Receive FDD at Discovery Day (Franchise Disclosure Document)
  • Begin Site Selection
  • Obtain approval of site
  • Sign Lease
  • Construction preparation and permitting approvals Store construction/build-out process begins
  • Attend required training at corporate location or approved training location
  • Franchise store pre-opening corporate assistance with operations,marketing & staff training
  • Grand Opening

This process may take anywhere from three to nine months pending local permitting and various matters.

What is the term of a franchise agreement?
10 years with two 5 year options.

What fees do I have to pay?
A 6% royalty fee based on gross sales due monthly. A marketing and advertising fund is not collected at this time but we do expect 1% of gross sales to be spent in local advertising until a national fund is set up and can change at any given time.

Do you offer continued support and marketing assistance?
Yes! We here at NYPD Pizzeria understands the importance of the marketing aspect for your location. We offer marketing manuals, a wide variety of approved materials, pre-designed advertisements, advertisements on request, templates, and marketing plans designed for your location. This service is offered as long as you are a NYPD Pizzeria franchise owner and is included in your fees.

NYPD Pizzeria corporate offers continued training and continued support throughout the agreement of your term. We know that you success is our success and we believe in continued training and bettering our system with our franchisees.
